BA BA BA BA BA BANANA! Put your hands up if you’re bananas (raises both hands in the air). I’m afraid I went totally banana’s a while ago, I mean is there anything you can’t do with them?! It’s like the forever giving fruit, even when they go ‘nasty’, you can use them for cakes, pancakes and even ICE CREAM!
This recipe was vegan but it doesn’t have to be you can replace the yogurt with diary yogurt if you please, I just prefer to miss out diary where I can because it effects my skin! You could even use a different flavoured yogurt to mix it up.

INGREDIENTS
2 bananas (ripe as you can get them)
4 teaspoons of coconut cream
4 teaspoons of dairy free yogurt
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
2 teaspoons of agave (because I LOVE IT!)

METHOD
1) If you have a food processor this with be super easy for you, blitz all the ingredients in there and you’re practically done. If you don’t, mash the bananas and then add the rest of ingredients and use a whisk to combine until smooth.
2) Put the mixture into a container and freezer overnight or put into ice cream moulds melt like I did.
Added bouji extra: melt chocolate and a bit of coconut oil. Once melted pour into a glass and dip the ice lollies into the chocolate. Sprinkle desired toppings.
